How long does my order take?
Allow 5-7 days processing plus your chosen shipping method transit time.

What is the return policy?
Return requests must be made within 10 days from receipt of merchandise. Requests must include invoice #, style, #, color, and size. If a return authorization is approved, credit will be issued after the returned items are received.

What is the cancellation policy?
All order cancellations must be made in writing or email within 45 days of originator order date.

What if my item is defective?
We stand behind high quality control, fit and satisfaction. If one of your items incurred damages prior to wear we will gladly replace the item. Tags must be attached and items unworn when returned to our warehouse. 

I received tracking number and delivery confirmation but have not received my package? 
Lost shipments or mis-deliveries can happen with couriers. Don't worry, we are here to help. Please contact us info@828clothing.com and we will get your order replaced if in stock and accommodate you 100%.

What is the Shipping Policy?
828 ships "by style, as ready" on a weekly or semi-weekly basis throughout each month. Our policy is to release all styles before or by delivery date.

What are the New Account and Minimum Order Terms and Conditions?
In order to process your order, a completed credit form must be submitted with your purchase order. Orders will not be processed without a credit application. Opening order minimum is $300 with a 4 piece per style/color requirement.
